WHAT AND WHERE IS PIONEER PLACE MINISTRIES?

We are a non-traditional ministry, in one sense. We're not interested in having big numbers of followers, or big facilities, and we're willing to be different. If we as a species keep doing and thinking the same things we've always done or thought, how can we expect a different result? Humanity NEEDS a new way of living. Now. Not later.

Pioneer Place Ministries is also NOT a non-profit charity. We're not a 501c3 organization. So gifts toward this work are probably NOT tax deductible for most folks. There is simply too much baggage sometimes that comes along with obtaining and maintaining 501c3 public charity status. We are "for profit" (meaning, looking for increase and growth in spiritual knowledge in individuals). We desire "fruit" (profit) in the form of wisdom and understanding in those that come in contact with the ministry. This is the profit we seek. We certainly don't want to be a "non-profit" in the sense of not seeing growth of peace, love, and joy in those who hear, read, or see our messages. With man's monetary gifts that come in to support this ministry, any leftover funds above our operating expenses are used to help us grow our work.

Our meetings are called "Lecture and Lab Church" because we believe in "hearing and doing," as the Scriptures describe. We receive a teaching, and also do "lab" exercises (following the model of science learning) to also learn by activities that put in action what we have learned in the lecture. 

We're also about DOING WELL -- LIVING A LIFESTYLE God wishes for us.

We're focused on what the Scripture calls "doing well." You may have heard other Bible verses that speak of a person having "done well." (See Genesis 4:7 and Matthew 25:21). This requires self-honesty, and addressing and ending fear which comes from ignorance. The big elephant in the room in most folks involved in spiritual groups or teachings is the fear that remains in their lives, even after decades of being in the group's teachings in many cases. Light (knowledge) dissolves darkness (ignorance). So we're following hard after Light so we can do as Jesus said we could: Fear not.
